Although I've briefly mentioned this photoshoot idea in a couple of blogposts I haven't done a dedicated blog post, so I thought I'd outline my first photoshoot idea now.
Here's a screenshot of the manifesto for happiness I found, and I want to take some of the steps from this guide and photograph them in the studio in a fun, playful way. I decided to choose just 5 steps out of the 10, in terms of how much they relate to my own happiness.

The steps I'm going to choose to photograph are:
1. Get physical
4. Plant something
5. Cut your TV viewing in half
7. Phone a friend
9. Everyday make sure to give yourself a treat
I'm going to represent these different steps with a variety of different props such as running shoes, fake plants, a TV, a landline phone, food etc in a playful way with colourful backdrops and considered compositions. In later blog posts I'm going to outline the sort of style I want the images to have and how I want to set up each still life shot.
