This morning I had another tutorial with Nick to catch up on my progress with the project, looking through photoshoots and talking about layout ideas for my zine. My notes from the tutorial can be seen below.

We talked about the next stage of my project which is printing images out to edit them down and work out the layout and narrative of the zine. I'm going to organise my favourite images from each shoot and then print them out on Wednesday to work out the flow of the zine.
The other aspect we touched on was the actual making of the zine, and he gave me a couple of books with different signatures folding into each other, however I'm going to do a whole blog post dedicated to inspiration for the layout and making of my zine. Some of the books and people he mentioned were Moises - Maiela Sancari, All Quiet On The Home Front - Colin Pantall and Peter Dekens - (un)expected. He also suggested I look at some of the artist books in the library to get inspiration for layout etc.
My next steps are to finish off the final shoots I talked about in my previous blogpost and then get editing and culling images. I'm excited to start finally working on the layout of the zine and collate all my work together.
