After my tutorial with Amanda and looking through my images and text, I've decided to create a newspaper for my final output for this project. Amanda suggested I look at a website where you can send off a design and they'll print it for you, called 'The Newspaper Club'.

I decided to look through the pricing for copies and page numbers, because the more copies you print the cheaper it is, and the less pages you have the cheaper it is. I also had the thought to give a copy to all the residents which are in the newspaper, so I need to incorporate this into how many copies I buy, also if I wanted to sell any.

After deciding to select 'Digital Tabloid' on the website (this is the cheapest option because I'm going to be printing no more than x20 newspapers), I looked into prices in more detail in terms of pages and copies.
For a 4 page digital tabloid for x10 or x20 copies, these are the price breakdowns:

I think these prices are pretty reasonable and would give me a big enough quantity for who I'm giving them to, selling them and submitting one. Four pages would actually equate to 16 pages altogether as the sheets are A3, so fit x2 A4 pages on each size. If I thought 16 pages wouldn't be enough, I also decided to look at 8 page newspapers, and you can see these price breakdowns below:

As you can see above, it's the same price for x10 8 page newspapers as x20 4 page newspapers, so once I've decided on a layout and I know how many pages I'm going to need, I can adjust my order accordingly for the best deal.
I also wanted to look into the uploading part of the order, and found that you can either upload your own PDF to the website, or use the builder on the website called 'ARTHR', which opens up quite similarly to an inDesign layout, as you can see below.

Their own newspaper builder looks pretty straightforward so I think I'm going to use that instead of uploading my own PDF. This way I'll also know all my colours are in the correct format and I'll have the correct margins.
I'm really pleased Amanda recommended the website to me, and for my next steps I need to start designing my layout.
